They have done great things at this location. This ownership seems to take pride in both the product and more impressive the service they provide. If they conitinue along this path they will have long lasting success.
This place is fantastic! The staff are friendly and helpful, and they've upgraded everything in the cinema. You can also choose your seats in advance which I think is fantastic! You can do it right in the Fandango app and pick up your tickets at the kiosk in the lobby.
First time I have been since the renovation and I have to tell you... I WAS BLOWN AWAY! it's a little pricey but it's worth it. Very fast Self-service ticket counters, A stunning bar, classic food lounge, modern arcade, and an updated snack counter! I'm not even going to talk about the seat saving options that allow you to show up on time knowing that your seats be empty and waiting for you!! Loved it!!
Also, they have $5 Tuesdays and it's the besssst!
Also, they have strict policies on phone usage and talking during the movies, and they enforce these policies! I really appreciate that.
When Wehrenberg was running this theater they were great. Since Marcus took over the place has gone downhill fast. We went to a movie a few months ago and we had to stand at the window for 10 minute because the computers kept crashing. You now have to reserve seats. We needed six tickets together but we were told they didn't have six seat together so the guy told me he could give me three together and the then the three seats right behind me. I said that would be fine. I got into the theater and noticed there were people in two of me seats. I looked at my tickets and he had given me five seats together and one by its self. Logic would dictate that you'd tell a paying cusomer that instead of making the seat assignments. When I complained to the kid at the customer service desk I just got a blank stare and a shrug of the shoulders. I ended up seating by myself.
To me, this place was all New and Looked Great! In fact better than great. I went to a special showing of Wonder and it was more than Wonderful. I recoommend everyone see this Movie and why not right here At Marcus Wehrenberg Theatres Ronnies 20?
